And I've said this before, Dave: because a tuning exerts a price on your
body and stress level, especially when you're going fast as in a pitch
raise, that other work doesn't.  Get paid what you're worth.  ALWAYS charge
for extra work, even if it's a long-time client and it's just a token
charge.  People feel better about you if the charge stings a little.  It
seems counterintuitive, but it's absolutely true.
