Cy, I've never considered doing a permanent handle install. Don't see any reason to do such a thing for such a little gain. There really wouldn't be a need to do such a thing on your own piano, unless you are planning to do a lot of pulling the action. And if that's the case, just mount the temporary pull handles and leave the keyslip off until you're done with whatever it is you're planning on doing. Keith McGavern
