Perry,

Do you mean polishing solution?  I use Flitz metal polish, wipe clean with a
soft cloth, then apply a little CLP or silicone (with a Q-tip, don't spray).
No point in cleaning or lubricating unless you remove the corrosion first.
Best done with all punchings removed, to make sure you get the base of the
balance rail pins, where the heaviest corrosion will be. Push a sheet of
newspaper down over the pins to keep the polish from staining the keyframe.
The key bushings get a little bit of teflon powder.
