Why Do They Do It?

Boy, you've got it! I have one of these coming up. She called a couple weeks ago and said they were in the process of refinishing it. After that, all it will need is keytops and a tuning! Waaalaa - brand new piano!!! I can hardly wait to tune it.   :-(
