A0, was to repair or not to repair

The linked pic is how I often play (whether it be a spinet, console,
studio, professional upright, or a PSO (YC 150), home (Yamaha C3), studio
(Yamaha C7) or concert (Steinway D) grand) a small part of a song I
sometimes play...  (I hastily wrote out the sheet music btw...)  the note
with the accent mark, ffff, and sfz markings is A0.  I usually hit that
note with the force that I'm learning to hit test blows while tuning with
(if not harder).
