I've been using just what you suggest since my carpal tunnel surgeries in '87. Use an RCT or ETD of your choice. Less wear and tear on ears, mind and hand/wrist/arm/shoulder. 10 pianos/10 hours last spring... (after work starting @1500) I did 3 or 4 at work(school), so I guess 13/14 for one day.
