Sarah, most people do understand. There are a few on this list that obviously don't have the brains to understand what you say. If they could understand something as simple as why OT posts shouldn't be put on this list, I might give them credit for having some capacity to think. I am beginning to think that because I signed to a list that has specific intent or content, people who don't stick within that frame work should be removed from the list. Can't filters be put in that screens out proven offenders? Let them read the list through the archives or post through a more responsible friend. It is getting disgusting to watch this RUDEness and abuse. I don't think we should have to start a new list that deals with just pianotech issues, we already have one. Dale Erwin and Jon Page both have dropped off this list because of this CRAP. There is probably more.
