Hi David Skolnick!=20
I think the common person is far from interested in pianotek. From what =
I have seen of LIST the past few weeks, it is a rare occasion there is =
interjection from laymen.
Nevertheless, interesting hypothesis of what could happen.=20
2 and 3, yes. But let us not forget 1. Ancient Greece is the cradle of =
civilization. "Ecclesias de Demos," or 'Gathering of Speakers,' was a =
group who chose to air their differences in public. Demosthenes, one of =
the world's greatest public speakers, was one. Indeed, the word =
democracy is rooted from 'Demos.'
The collective 'We' is a group of these 'ones' who are not afraid or =
inhibited to speak out. Let us not be too wrapped up in our own =
technology that we forget the essence of what we are doing - =
performance. Let us be free to make our art as performers would have us.
