Partly loose bass bridge

Why not just take the bass strings in the affected area off? Then put
masking tape on the underside of the separated area. Fill the crack with
water thin epoxy and let set. Should do the trick just fine. After all, you
just want there to be a cohesive bond between the cap and the apron.
