Baldwin Plate Screws

Ted,

It is my understanding that Baldwins with the Accujust Hitch Pins are the
ones that have the bolts that should not be tightened. The Baldwins with the
aliquotes are ok to tighten.

This is MY understanding, and I'd be curious to see if I am corrected by the
more knowledgable on this list.
