Inaccessible Let-off Screws

thanks Ron.

I had tried my capstain tool, but the end stuck through the eye far enough
to hang up on nieghboring eyes, rail brackets, etc.  I was fishing for
something more idiot- or ham-fist-proof, but I suppose I could just be more
careful???
