Inaccessible Let-off Screws

This is almost the right answer for me ... but substitute a stick-mute wire
for the coat hanger. It's stiffer, pointed, and gives you a little handle
(loop) which you can use to visually keep the wire at the right angle for
insertion ... this isn't my trick, it's Randy Potter's.

Careful? Nah, let's don't do anything rash! You can also bend the end of a
short length of coat hanger wire, and wrap a masking tape depth stop on it
for near attention free letoff eye spearing.
