Just wanted to make it clear that 4:1 is not an octave, but a type of double 
octave. For instance, the fourth partial of middle C (C4) is coincident with 
the fundamental (first partial) of C6, two octaves higher. Otherwise, you're 
right; the farther up the coincidence chain you go, the wider the octave.
