Kawai KG-6

Hi Mark,

I tuned one of these in Toronto about 18 months ago. It was a magnificent
instrument. Lots of power and lots of sustain. It had the potential to be
even better--but the owner was seeking a "trophy" piano--i.e. one with a
"name" like Bosendorfer or Schimmel. He, against my advice, traded it for a
7 foot Schimmel. The Schimmel was a great piano too--but the store "stole"
the Kawai for a 20 grand trade in price. The Schimmel was 50 grand. *sigh*
I never was a good salesman.
