Terry, 

I would tell her that correcting the pitch served to emphasize a problem that 
already existed.Offer to make a return visit when SHE is present, and 
demonstrate the loose ribs problem.Then schedual a time to make the repair. 
Charge her what you will for the consultation or include it in the fee for 
the repair.
