Notching Delignit bridge caps

You're right to question how Delignit and its glue lines can be 
chiseled. Some of the stock-removal passes at the notching could be 
done with wood-carving rasps (riflers) or maybe even course files. 
All this manual labor will lead you to carving burrs mounted in 
hand-held air routers. Just a thought.
