I agree completely Carol...well perhaps a slight change of wording from 
"unsatisfactory" to something like 'not nearly all it could be'  :-)

 Golfers run into this problem when they concentrate on their driving 
(tuning) skills while neglecting to upgrade their putting (voicing) skills. The drive 
and long clubs will get you to the green but not in the cup...just as tuning 
will get you to 'in tune' if not needfully pleasant sounding notes.........
