Aint such a problem these days, my batteries stand well for 8 hours may be
(did not check that recently) Nowadays I carry the charger also (and all the
tools to repair, regulate, voice, clean, lube, do so many things, all in a
few bags I carry on my motorcycle) .

Don't have a vacuum cleaner indeed, nor bass strings, but I can really do
most of the outside jobs up to full regulations - and my back begin to say
enough some days , that is why I like the tuner coming with his tuning
hammer, a few mutes even no fork if he have a phone cell, a screw driver
(little supplement if the screwdriver is used) , and that have a very high
opinion of his job, while he does not even have every string size with him !

Some days I do that , only for fun, working with almost no tools you look
even more like a magician !

Best regards.

  Hello Isaac
when you say "watching an EDT all along the instrument is sowing things,
but having the EDT not in front, but a little on my side, confirming me that
that I are doing a good job is convenient for me."
I reply - I don't use the EDT for more than just the bearings when tuning
for yet another reason. The batteries wear out quicker!!!
  Kindest regards
Michael G (UK) it's tea-time here in darkest Sussex.
