an old broadwood

When I first posted this, I had no idea that I was doing so in the middle of
several other much-more-exciting Broadwood threads.

I thank the one individual who was kind-enough to provide some feedback.
But, I'd appreciate some more feedback -- especially related to valuation if
possible.
