How much scratch do you have? I have an action stack from Pratt win that I bought several years ago for a piano that I eventually used the original parts. It is designed for replacing the stack on an existing key frame and keys. It includes action brackets, rails, whippens, shanks and flanges etc. Does not include hammers. Sounds like that is half your problem. Call me for details. 408/984-0482. I could be arm wrestled into parting with this. Might never need it. You never know. I don't know if this is even available anymore. Pratt/Win may not be providing this anymore.
