List, I'm appraising a 1981 7'4" Bosendorfer Grand. It has a few minor finish
cracks (don't they all ). The piano has had climate control for many years
and is in excellent condition. I want to get a national flavor for a replacement
value. Any ideas?

I don't see many Bosy's but the few of that size I have seen I found
extremely attractive tonally & ascetically.
I don't know the new price but I'm guessing 75K or more. The other maxim
is of course is something is worth what someone is willing to pay for it & also
the market area you're in has SO much to do with it. I'd take a wild guess at
35 to 45 k & could be totally all wet but in the San Francisco area I'd say
your chances are good you'd get it.
