If the problem and solution are not immediately obvious, I need some history to go on before I know how to proceed. Now if I know that a good tuner was there last March in the dead of winter, and now the piano sounds terrible and is also very sharp, and worst in the tenor, then I have a history of sorts, and I can feel confident that a DC system will solve the problem.
