I think it's a serious contender to replace all the flanges. You know then
that they're new and the cords are good and you also get to be satisfied
that the centres are smooth running etc. etc. I'd go for it. After all you
don't have to foot the bill yourself and replacing the loops is otherwise a
very tedious job...
