Action bedding on Estonia

Hi All,

Any advice on how to efficiently bed the action on an Estonia 5'6" grand?
It has 6 metal glides for the front rail which can be "turned" from beneath
the keybed and is "off" the keybed at the treble break balance rail.

Does anyone know what sort of "plate support" system is used in these
instruments?
