Ajay, 

I know that the Home Office has had trouble with sending email recently, but
that will be changed.  Not making excuses, but they have also moved their
offices to another building.

Have you contacted your local PTG chapter?  Your address does not indicate
to me where you are located.  I will be happy to look in our directory to
find someone near you.
