Hi Avery, I suspect the problem may be that the Outlook program is "set" to reject .doc files because of the very real danger of "macro-viruses". Try saving the file in .rtf if formatting is needful. If not then save it as .txt and send it. Of course you could also simply open the document and cut and paste the text to a regular email. Best of luck.
