Upright Hammer Butts

I'd say she needs a new teacher.  :-)

Is the piano level?  BTW, how far off does the level have to be to affect an
upright?

Does she feel the same "Click" at the teacher's piano?  How are the dynamics
of her piano's room different than the teacher's room--wood floors, carpet,
etc?
