BTW, my entry in the PTJ about jack clearance from knuckle of 2-3 mm is wrong. It was tossed into the discussion without really thinking about it. Had the editors submitted it to me for my authorization to publish, as they usually do, I would have nixed it for that reason. The correct answer, I believe, is more like 1 mm.
