Old uprights worth saving?

Hello
Its harder to sell old uprights, in good order, when clients can by a
digital, basically tuck it under their arm and carry it home....it doesnt
seem to matter that in 2-3 years its outdated, and be too expensive to fix,
much like our computers...so they throw it away and start again. By the way,
80% of my tuning clients have an old upright. Some of them are great, and
some mediocre. The bottom line is they love them
