For my two cents: it's not worth the money you pay (or your employer pays) to have it. The experiences I have had with Workman's Comp have been very negative here in Tennessee. You just about have to sue to get any coverage and do have to sue in some cases. The trial lawyers love it! I have decided that the next time I have a potential Workman's Comp claim I'm going to turn it in on my hospitalization insurance. It's worth the 10% co-payment not to go through all the hassles to submit a claim. When you do submit one to Workman's Comp, the Doctors don't want to treat you. It's a racket. I'd get a good Hospitalization Insurance policy and forget Workman's Comp, unless of course, you don't mind pouring your hard earned money down a rat hole! Joy!
