Hi Avery,

I should recheck this, but I'm pretty sure it's ok.

The strangest thing is that I used to practise on a Baldwin SF10 which 
had the exact same sound on the exact same note! It drove me crazy. 
Back then, I replaced the string in hopes that would fix the problem 
but it didn't.

I've read on the list about an article by Susan Kline called 
"Freshening Strings". I'm not sure if it would help, but I'm really 
curious about it. Do you know where I can get a copy?
