---------------------- multipart/alternative attachment Terry: I use Quickbooks, and it has the capability to accept credit cards thru the internet. You don't need a terminal (very expensive), but they offer a device that you plug into your computer (about $80.00). You can even do without this device if you key in the card numbers manually. If you use the swiping machine, they offer a lower rate, because it eliminates errors. I write down the cc numbers on my invoice slip, and key in the numbers when I get home. I don't have a laptop. I sell benches, covers, caster cups, etc. and accept credit cards for anything I sell. The bank charges me about $15.00 a month, plus about 3% per transaction.
