I've been emailing with "Steve". I asked him if he had ever been to a PTG Convention. His response was "it's just bunch of good old boys" or something to that effect. I believe that pretty much says it all...he hasn't a clue. There is no doubt in my mind that there are more inept piano tuners outside the Guild than in it. I think "Steve" thinks he's a heck of piano tuner. In his little world he is.
