Tim, I'll let the other's more familiar with the course answer your =
first question, but as to the tools question, get with the best =
technician you can find and just ask him which tools are his favorites =
and where you can get them. When I was new I bought a bunch of tools =
only to find out later that either they didn't work as advertised, or =
there were other tools which were a delight to work with that I bought =
later.

Hope you can save some money.

  Hi,

  I am just getting into the trade. I have been studying at home with =
the
  American School of Piano tuning and have completed four of the ten
  lessons in the course. I would appreciate any advice from anyone =
familiar
  with this course on how to get started and what additional tools =
supplies
  I might want to get soon.

  Thanks,

  Tim=20
