A440 tolerances

Don,

I don't think Terry is listing his tolerance.  I think the implication is
that unless you start to specify accuracy to the tenth of a Herz, some
nitpicky person (customer, or another tech <G>) who says, "You said it is at
440, and it's at 439.63!!", has no grounds to complain, based on an
assertion of "Tuned at A440" which, technically, means tuned between A439.5
and A440.5.
