  I do things a bit different. I usually am shooting to 440cps, dead on. =
However, we all know the darned things don't cooperate. If the final =
pitch, (AND I hope ALL of you check the pitch when you are Done!), lands =
at +3cents, I notate that on my "tuning record" card AND the bill. This =
information also goes into the client's data base, for future reference. =
(the darned cards grow legs!) Also, I note the temperature at the time =
of the tuning, so I have an idea what's occured to make the piano sharp =
this time, etc., etc. Works for me & the client(s)
