The impact hammer head has some built in rotating "slop" or looseness.  =
This allows the handle to rotate around the tip slightly making it =
possible to move the pin with a controlled impact as you take up the =
slack in one direction or the other.  This is opposite from the =
conventional hammer head and tip that is solidly connected to the =
handle.  Does this make sense?  Some really like this idea, but it takes =
some getting used to.=20
