Yes, there's a lot in this piano that needs to be replaced--in fact, =
just about everything!  Remember the long trichord damper felt picture I =
posted some months ago?  I'll be trimming those to improve the sound, =
too.  Then a little bit of voicing to take the edge off, and the piano =
will sound better (definitely a qualitative thing) than it has in eons.  =
The level of neglect of the instruments in this facility is truly =
amazing--I *love* coming into situations like this.  ;-)

  The glue will wick into the wood, and unless you know what to look =
for. the repair can not be seen. Futher repair can be made including =
block replacement at a future date. I have pianos that are 10 years past =
their repair and holding.
