Use a punch smaller than the agraffe stump, and give it a whack to loosen up the threads. Treat the stump to a little Goose Juice and at a 45% angle lightly tap in a counter clock wise direction. A faster way is a screw driver ground sharp on the end in the form of a V Tap into the brass and remove agraffe. Hey is agraffe French?
