Hi Jack,
The one I am familiar with is the 5', 88 note one.  It has a full cover =
of walnut panel over the key when the lid is in place.  Terrible tone =
quality, but cute.  Never seen either of the other two types

  Hello to all,

     Jim!  There were three Wurlitzer Butterfly's.
  one was the "Student Butterfly"  it has 44 keys
   was 26 in. long weights 88 lbs. It has no
  pedals and has a single escapement action=20
  (jack on key).

  The next size up is a 73 note piano  about
  4ft.10 long.

  Then there was the 88 note size about 5 ft.

    Both the 73 and the 88 note had a double repeat=20
  action.  It was what I call (The Dekalb action).
     In this action the repetition lever and the jack=20
  used individual coil springs. Also the repetition=20
  lever is about one half as long of "regular actions"
   Looks a little odd  works well. However a little=20
  unforgiving to regulate.
