Mark,  I got a Business Card Cutter Kit  from Cyberguys.com   that has the 
software to create any kid of card,  50 sheets of heavy card stock and a 
cutter that cuts the 8-1/2" x 11" sheet into card size for  $89 + 
shipping.  Works good.
