There's a Moor two-manual Bosendorfer at the Cantos Museum here in Calgary.

They also have a 1913 Pleyel Duoclave (piano with a keyboard at each end ) 
that has been restored and is on display.

If you go to the URL above, select "collection checklist" and the photo 
Gallery there are pictures of them along with over a hundred others 
including the first square piano, a Zumpe from 1766.  All three of these 
were originally part of the Garlick collection.
