Let's do this to a piano at the convention where a lot more people can
benefit. Andre says in his PTJ article, "It is even possible to restore =
an
over voiced hammer by installing this new tapered felt. The tone will
suddenly be just as strong as its neighbors without any artificial help =
such
as hammer dope, banging hammers or use of needles" Since that is the =
case,
just send me one punching----on second thought make that two. My =
address
is in the ptg resources guide.35823 266th St, Platte SD 57369

 Ric

The best way to prove it to your self is to get a set of Andres =
punchings
& put them on a piano that you are intimately acquainted with. This =
would be
a piano in your care that is usually & fastidiously regulated ,tuned &
voiced.=20

All you do is change the punchings & tweak the aftertouch. If you =
have
such a piano in mind I'll send you a set. If they work, pay for em & =
report
your findings, ,if not then no sweat free felt at my expense.

  What's your address?

   Dale Erwin
