Insert a combination handle type let-off tool into a cordless drill.
Back out the screw until the button falls off. Hold the new button flat
against the let-off rail with your finger and turn the screw into the
button with the drill.

Does anyone have a recipe for installing new let-off buttons on a
Steinway action? The old ones came off easy, but the new ones are
fighting me, they want to be lop-sided.

Frustrating.
