Sync inconsistencies with Time & Chaos

Up to this point it has been rock-solid. Now there's a little glitch on the 
horizon and it has me worried.
Me missing an appointment has only occurred a handful of times throughout my 
career. Since the sync issue has arose, I've had numerous  oopsies in 3 
weeks.
Pen and paper is not looking so bad!
