If the parts are loose enough to disassemble easily, use "Gorilla" glue.
It will fill the spaces. Wear gloves, or your hands will look like a gorilla's for a few days. <G>

Hi list, I've got a 90's Otto Altenburg Grand with a creaky pedal lyre. I tightened all the supports and where it attaches to the piano, but it is loose at the top part ot the lyre itself. I was thinking of taking off the lyre and ca glueing whatever parts connect at that point. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
