attaching let-off buttons to regulation screws

Hi:  Does anyone have a fast and efficient method of fastening let-off
buttons to the regulating screws AFTER they have been installed in the
let-off screw rail?  Doing each by hand seems like a certain method to get
lots of sore fingers and blisters.
