To extract a single broken letoff screw, remove the button
and file the lower end of the screw to two parallel sides.
Use your smaller spade-end regulating tool to remove.
(I think this was one of Newton's ideas)

Some sort of lubrication, heat and incremental rotations
in both directions may be needed to remove the screw.

If it breaks again, either drill beside it for another screw or
drill around it with a broken screw extractor-drill bit, plug
and redrill for a new screw.

Consider replacing all of them if more break when you try
to turn them.

Pianotek has a letoff regulating tool with a shallow end so
you can turn from an angle.

Good Luck,
