---------------------- multipart/mixed attachment To extract a single broken letoff screw, remove the button and file the lower end of the screw to two parallel sides. Use your smaller spade-end regulating tool to remove. (I think this was one of Newton's ideas) Some sort of lubrication, heat and incremental rotations in both directions may be needed to remove the screw. If it breaks again, either drill beside it for another screw or drill around it with a broken screw extractor-drill bit, plug and redrill for a new screw. Consider replacing all of them if more break when you try to turn them. Pianotek has a letoff regulating tool with a shallow end so you can turn from an angle.
