Regulating Screws...broken

Once you get the olde one out, more often than not, the hole is =
over-sized and needs some attention, before putting a new screw in. The =
trick is to drill Across the hole with a 1/8" drill. Insert an 1/8" =
dowel w/glue. Trim. Re-drill the hole, down through the dowel stock. =
Insert new let-off screw...then attach button.
