Enlarging existing bridge pin holes

Fifty years?  Well...  yeah...  That looks about right.  I don't know where
the tool came from.  It just appeared in my collection of tools one day, as
if some little gremlin had placed it there during the night.  I thought,
"Cool!  I always wanted to get one of those!"  Are any of you missing one?
